InstaGel™ nails are a cosmetic, application-based product. Results may vary depending on individual nail condition, application technique, lifestyle, and care. 

While our products are designed to provide salon-quality results, NailVē does not guarantee identical results for every user. 

We stand behind our product and offer a “Love It or It’s Free” guarantee to allow customers to try InstaGel™ with confidence. 

Eligibility 

• Valid for first-time customers only 
• Limited to one claim per customer, household, and shipping address 
• Orders must be placed through official NailVē channels 

Proper Use Requirement 

To qualify, customers must follow all official application instructions, including: 

• Proper nail preparation (clean, dry, oil-free nails) 
• Correct use of nail glue 
• Proper application technique 

Failure to follow instructions may void eligibility. 

Reasonable Trial Requirement 

• Nails must be worn for a minimum of 3 consecutive days 
• Claims without genuine use or testing will not be accepted 

Proof of Use 

Customers must provide: 

• Clear photos of nails applied 
• Photos showing any issues (if applicable) 
• Order details 
• A brief explanation of their experience 

NailVē reserves the right to request additional information. 

Exclusions 

The guarantee does not apply to: 

• Incorrect application or misuse 
• Improper removal 
• Damage caused by external force or environment 
• Personal preference (e.g. style, shape, length) 
• Failure to follow instructions 
• Claims without proper usage 

Refund Terms 

• Approved refunds may be issued to the original payment method or as store credit (at NailVē’s discretion) 
• Shipping fees are non-refundable 

Claim Timeframe 

All claims must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. 

Abuse Prevention 

NailVē reserves the right to refuse claims in cases of: 

• Suspected fraud or abuse 
• Multiple claims across accounts, households, IP addresses, or payment methods 

InstaGel™ nails are designed to be reusable and non-damaging when used correctly. However, proper removal and care are essential. 

Approved Removal Methods 

Reusable Method (Recommended) 

• Soak nails in warm water with dish soap and oil 
• Allow adhesive to break down naturally 
• Gently remove without force 

This is the only method that preserves reusability. 

Fast Removal Method (Removal Oil) 

• Nail glue removal oil is designed for faster removal 
• This method may soften or damage the nail structure 

Use of removal oil may result in nails no longer being reusable. 

Reusability Disclaimer 

• Reusability is not guaranteed in all cases 
• Only preserved when correct removal method is followed 
• Improper removal may result in damage 

Prohibited Actions 

The following will void eligibility for any guarantee or claim: 

• Pulling, peeling, or forcing nails off 
• Using tools to remove nails prematurely 
• Applying excessive force 
• Removing nails without proper soaking 

Product Damage & External Factors 

NailVē is not responsible for damage caused by: 

• Improper application or removal 
• Excessive force or impact 
• Exposure to chemicals or harsh environments 
• Incorrect usage or handling 
• Lifestyle-related stress on nails 

Natural Nail Disclaimer 

When used correctly, InstaGel™ nails are designed to be non-damaging. 

However, NailVē is not liable for any damage resulting from: 

• Improper removal 
• Misuse 
• Failure to follow instructions 

By purchasing and using our products, you acknowledge that: 

• Proper application and removal are essential 
• Results may vary 
• Responsibility for correct use lies with the customer 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NailVē shall not be liable for: 

• Indirect or incidental damages 
• Product misuse or improper handling 
• Dissatisfaction due to incorrect application

All claims, refunds, and disputes are reviewed and determined at the sole discretion ofNailVē.

Our promise is simple:
